Got $1300+ worth of maintenance done on my vehicle. The following day, my car broke down. Got it towed back to the shop to find out the fuel line hadn't been properly reconnected and had come completely off. The tow was covered by AAA, so no cost there, but I'd lost about half a tank of gas, which I asked them to compensate me for. They acted like it was a huge request, and had to call two different managers to ask if they could. In the end they acted put out, but sent an employee to go fill my gas tank. Never offered an apology for the inconvenience, or to compensate me or refund part of my service or anything. Handed me the keys and moved to the next customer.

I've been taking my car to Honest-1 for many years, and I've always had good results. They've mostly changed the oil and done rotations/ allignments on my car. I haven't needed any bigger repairs, but I would trust them to do so. Recently, they fixed a leaking tire for no charge, and right away! Their pricing is fair, and their service is fast and reliable. I've aways felt they're truly honest about their work. I highly recommend them!!!!!

Honestly, no pun intended, but Honest 1 was such a good place. I was desperate and from out of town. They were open early on a Saturday and got right to work to diagnosing my car. Susie in the front was so personable, friendly and knowledgeable. It was quite refreshing and then Corey, the mechanic, was willing to talk to my husband and walk us through what was going on. I appreciated having them explain things to me so I could better understand what the issue with my time chain/belt. I had to drive down the next day and they made it possible in 24 hrs. Their customer service, can do attitude and their ability to take that extra step for their customers is remarkable/worthwhile. It’s reassuring to find a great auto shop that cares for others. Thank you all at Honest 1 for your team work and dedication. Please give Corey and Susie a much needed raise and all the praise.

This place is awesome. Had my car in the day after I called for an oil change and it wasTaken care of very quickly. Suzie, you're the best!

The people are nice, but *I strongly recommend that you don't take your BMW here*. 2 hours into my scheduled oil change I stopped by for an update and they explained that my coolant hose suddenly ruptured in multiple areas due to old age and no fault of their own. They had to keep my car overnight to get the replacement part and billed me the extra $50 (for the part). Now, I am no mechanic, but I have replaced my oil a handful of times and never touched the overfill coolant line that was now mangled. At least no other or more expensive parts decided to spontaneously age out while my car was in their service. I will not be going back and I will not refer them to anyone as I don't feel that they did right by me.
