I had an 11:00 AM oil change appointment and arrived at 10:45. The front desk took my keys but gave me no info—no estimated wait time, no mention of amenities, no smile. I watched every other (non-Asian) customer receive polite service, time estimates, and a warm welcome. By 11:55, my husband had already received a text alert that the car was done 30 minutes ago —yet I was still sitting there, completely ignored. Being overlooked while everyone else is treated with kindness sends a clear message: “You don’t matter here.” I reported this to the owner, who gave a generic response and said he would “talk to the manager”—the same person who treated me poorly. No accountability, no real apology. It’s clear they don’t take racial bias seriously. That’s not leadership, that’s avoiding responsibility. *****Follow-up to my previous review:****** After I left my review, I received a call from someone claiming to be a partner and head of customer service. Instead of listening or addressing my concerns respectfully, he immediately defended the staff, saying Susie had worked for years and couldn’t possibly be discriminatory. He then claimed Susie had called my husband’s name in the waiting room—there were only two people there, and I absolutely did not hear it. When I asked for an apology based on facts rather than false excuses, he told me, “You know what? You are very rude. We’re not going to kiss your ass.” This was shocking and entirely unacceptable behavior from anyone, let alone someone in customer service. He then said, “How about you calm down and I call you tomorrow?” Please do not contact me again. I do not wish to receive any more calls from your business. This experience has only confirmed the lack of professionalism I witnessed during my visit. A business that refuses to listen to its customers and resorts to insults has no respect for its community. I do agree with other customers who left reviews below. This company should change the name to “Dishonest -1“!
