I asked for a tune up and free 21 point inspection. I was charged $199 for a root cause analysis that I didn’t ask for. And no tune up

My place of choice for auto repair, aways able to take last minute work.

They are very sweet and treat me very well. When I have called or come in with concerns about my car they ask a lot of questions to find the problem. So when I came it about my car feeling like the driver side front tire was wobbling, making an awful sound and just felt like it was trying to run away, they told me what the problem might be, being the axle. But upon further inspection they realized it wasn't the axle and called to inform me what the actual problem was. Removing the cost of a new axle off and replacing it with the real issue being my wheel bearing. Which was really sweet of them to call me and let me know about this. Also thank you Lance for double checking one last time and realizing was what actual wrong. This was my third visit. The first being an emergency sepensation fix as mine had snapped after 10 years. The second during my oil change. Each visit to them I feel my car has ran smoother than it has ever done before in the 12 years I've owned my manual transmission. I say with full confidence this is the only place I'll ever go from now on cause I actual feel like my car is getting the proper care and so I can keep getting from point A, B and C. These people are the best. I have had to use them twice for some major repairs on my ford focus and they have done excellent work both times. With big car repairs like I've had it can add up though and thankfully these guys helped me find financing for said repairs. They offer two types one from snap financing which I have a little bit of knowledge about and the other being koalafi which is who I choose to go thru both times and they have been amazing to work with.. If y'all need a repair to your car then I definitely recommend honest 1

The work was done on schedule and under budget

Reply: I came in for 4 spark plugs and 4 ignition coils. Should have been $200 in parts. You quoted me almost $3,000. My step dad paid $200 in parts and in about 10 min of labor got it done. How much are you charging for labor?

“This must be the place!” Great mechanics. Great staff up front.. They really saved me from an unnecessary job that other mechanics in the area swore was the issue. Glad I found this spot. I’ll definitely be back!
