There customer service isn't very good. I made an appointment for an oil change using my phone number but my wife (Asian) took it in. She said there were only two other customers in the waiting area and that the manager seemed friendly to them but not friendly to my wife. They text my phone that the car is ready, so I was surprised when 30 minutes later my wife messages me that she is still there waiting. She later tells me that after I told her I got a text that the car was ready 30 minutes prior, she went to the manager and the manager argues with her a bit that the car is not done before seeing that it is. Wife complains to Honest-1, but because I used my phone number an owner calls me looking for her to hear her out. So far so good, I took that as a big positive and give him wife's phone number so he can talk to her direct. He calls her. Great! But his story (that he heard from the manager) doesn't match what my wife said happed, as manager says manager called out my name (because I made the reservation) to the waiting room saying the car was ready, and nobody answered. Wife's like there were only three of us in there, do you think I don't know my husband's name? My wife is/was totally open to the possibility that just a couple mistakes in a row led to it, but she also researched the other reviews of Honest-1 and sees that several other people with Asian sounding names have complained about a rude manager at this location so that is why she brought the issued up in the first place. When wife would not just immediately accept that it was wife's fault for not responding when their manager called my name in a waiting room of three people and she said nothing, he told my wife that he would not "kiss her ass" and ended the call. Come on Honest-1. I am/was a repeat customer. How hard was it to just say gee we don't have that perception of our manager but thanks for letting us know, it was probably just random but we will keep an eye on it and we are sorry you waited 30 minutes for nothing. She didn't ask you for money or free anything. I'm not asking for money or free anything, I am just asking you don't call my wife who has a complaint to make and when she calls you on your story she knows isn't true, you tell her you won't kiss her ass. Do better!

We have been bringing all 3 of our cars here for years. Susie and the others are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to chase down the problem. And they back up their work.

I had an 11:00 AM oil change appointment and arrived at 10:45. The front desk took my keys but gave me no info—no estimated wait time, no mention of amenities, no smile. I watched every other (non-Asian) customer receive polite service, time estimates, and a warm welcome. By 11:55, my husband had already received a text alert that the car was done 30 minutes ago —yet I was still sitting there, completely ignored. Being overlooked while everyone else is treated with kindness sends a clear message: “You don’t matter here.” I reported this to the owner, who gave a generic response and said he would “talk to the manager”—the same person who treated me poorly. No accountability, no real apology. It’s clear they don’t take racial bias seriously. That’s not leadership, that’s avoiding responsibility. *****Follow-up to my previous review:****** After I left my review, I received a call from someone claiming to be a partner and head of customer service. Instead of listening or addressing my concerns respectfully, he immediately defended the staff, saying Susie had worked for years and couldn’t possibly be discriminatory. He then claimed Susie had called my husband’s name in the waiting room—there were only two people there, and I absolutely did not hear it. When I asked for an apology based on facts rather than false excuses, he told me, “You know what? You are very rude. We’re not going to kiss your ass.” This was shocking and entirely unacceptable behavior from anyone, let alone someone in customer service. He then said, “How about you calm down and I call you tomorrow?” Please do not contact me again. I do not wish to receive any more calls from your business. This experience has only confirmed the lack of professionalism I witnessed during my visit. A business that refuses to listen to its customers and resorts to insults has no respect for its community. I do agree with other customers who left reviews below. This company should change the name to “Dishonest -1“!

I called last Saturday around 11:00AM to schedule a same day vehicle inspection for a car I ultimately ended up purchasing. I was shocked that the team was able to fit me in within a couple of hours even though I had no prior appointment as multiple other shops were already full for the day and had turned me down. Their inspection was thourough, very reasonably priced and the team was very knowledgeable. With the help of the team at Honest 1 I felt confident in the car I was purchasing.

Bought oil change Groupon. Went in to redeem and they wanted to charge $70 additional charges per oil change. Tried to discuss with thier customer service and she said thier is a different oil needed. From my research there is a $5 difference in the oil types not $70. She didn't like that I knew that. Working to cancel and get a refund. Not a pleasant experience and waste of time.

These guys are great! Honest and fair pricing, great customer service. I will drive over 60 miles to have my car serviced here.

Our family recently had an emergency situation involving our son's "sidewall that popped" late at night. Car was towed to Honest-1 and left over night. The following day Aaron and Susie were very helpful in letting our car stay with them until we were able to bring a new tire replacement from Les Schwab. Honest-1 even put the new tire replacement onto our car just because!! Guys, this place is beyond wonderfully helpful with whatEVER it is you need!

They helped alot and did a great job the price was just about right but could be less expensive than it was but that's the world we live in now and I'd recommend this shop bit only if you got the blues to pay up

Honest service. Brought my vehicle in for a brake inspection and was told they look good and didn't need replacing....after another service shop told me they needed to be replaced.
