I had an old 2002 Ford Explorer that was falling apart. The receptionist Susan, told me to bring my car in immediately. When I arrived my car was looked at within 5 minutes. I was given the diagnosis and payment options since I couldn’t afford the repairs. Susan is very knowledgeable and helpful in all situations that arose.

I feel much safer on the road now knowing that my car is well taken care of. The whole team here was upfront and open about the work that needed to be done, I felt like I was reasonably charged, and they were very knowledgeable and informative the whole time.

This business is so appropriately named! We taken 2 cars here and the staff truly care about keeping you safe on the road and not doing unnecessary repairs. They are amazing!

Great shop and great staff

I had a brake inspection done elsewhere but was informed they had no availability until the next week to repair my car. I called Honest-1 and they got me in immediately and I paid under what I was quoted! Thanks for getting me back safely on the road so quickly!
