Took notice of shop while driving by, saw oil change special and made appt. On arrival, fellow with greasy pants took vehicle for service. Used paper floor mat, but should have protected seat, as it was damaged by oil/grease. Viewed service through window and trio of servicemen on vehicle did not exude confidence or perform tasks with apparent ease. My concerns were validated, by having to intervene in order to have my air filter reinstalled after removal for inspection as tech had closed hood on my Rubicon after oil/filter service. After payment, and review of recommended services (several hundred dollars), I discovered oil splattered on hood/fenders/grill/bumper and most likely underhood as well. Manager responded and cleaned seat and wiped off exterior oil spots, but I will have to handle myself in order to get it back to prior condition. I was disappointed as I drove off, realizing that I now have work to do at additional time and expense...
