They always give me more information about my car care and tips for upcoming appointments. I appreciate that they are forecast future care that needs to be done to maintain the car because it helps me save for my next appointment and budget my financial resources.

I went to the 63rd street location for a oil change. 45 minutes into the oil change they approach me with a problem. They claimed the last place that did my oil change stripped out the drain bolt and it would cost 650 dollars for a new oil pan. What a joke. I said "How do I know your mechanic didn't do this?" And I got no response. I had the pan replaced at a much better more trusting place down the road for 300. So called Honest -1 charged me 70 dollars for a oil change, a cheap 2 dollars temp plug and a air filter.. I WILL NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS CROOKED OUTFIT AGAIN! Read all the other bad reviews, AVOID THIS PLACE!

Acted like they knew what they were doing, but when it came down to diagnosing and repairing my vehicle they are clueless, they spent time and money on my vehicle for it to now not run at all, when it ran going into the shop. Now I'm spending more time and money because of their icompitance, would highly recommend going somewhere else.

These guys get it so far. The front desk is knowledgeable. My background (25yrs ago), was ASE AT specialist. I've since changed professions. I can do most everything on a vehicle, but as I age, I find myself wanting to do less. So far, 4 visits, and very satisfied. Good group of people.
