NEVER , TAKE YOUR CAR HERE< ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FEMALE or HAVE LIMITED KNOWLEDGE OF VEHICLES. On visit one: Tire Rotation, When they removed the plastic hubcap to rotate tires, in the process one was broken, instead of being HONEST they use a grease lubricant to "glue" it back into place. Visit two: I returned to have this DISHONEST way of handling a mistake (hey, we all make them, right?) addressed. The Manager assured me that the employee who chose to handle it that way would be spoken to and nothing like this would ever happen me again. I was told I would be able to get a new one online "for just a couple of bucks." Reassured by his sincerity, I went forward with my appt. I had them align the headlights for a quote of $50.00. That night my headlights were WORSE than when I took it in. Now, they crossed over each other in the center and faced straight down to the ground. They don't even hit the bumper on the car right in front of me! Vist three: I took it back along with my mother's car, for which an OIL CHANGE appt had already been made. I had the oil change get started while I waited to speak to the manager about the headlight issue, as the front desk employees' explanation was not satisfactory. The manager explained that I was told they would "TRY to align the headlights, but I should NOT have expected it to be ACCURATE" He explained "that it took a machine to do that, and they didn't HAVE that equipment, therefore the employee "eyeballed" it. Since it was a sunny day it was hard to do. If I would "finish adjusting them myself against a garage door at night, then the headlights would work better". Since I was OBVIOUSLY not told this ahead of time, I requested a refund. If I KNEW how to do it myself or had wanted to do it myself I would not have hired them to do that job. He would NOT refund my money. Again, I believe the whole way it was handled was DISHONEST and ABSURD! If the training or equipment is not available then it is DISHONEST to imply that it is!!! Upset, I collected my car, by then my mom's oil change was already in process and couldn't be stopped. When I checked the oil in her car the following day (a habit everyone needs to have to make sure the garage put in the correct amount) The dipstick was 3/4" of an inch past full. Since too much oil is as damaging as not enough, I immediately called the store. On the phone I was told "That happens a lot, its the DIPSTICK. All I needed to do was turn the dipstick over and look at the OTHER side." When I stated I'd never heard of such a thing, I was informed "Yep. A lot of WOMEN don't know that. So the car is FINE and WE DID IT RIGHT, just ask my husband when he came home." NOTHING could have been more DISHONEST and INSULTING!!! 1- The dipstick always registers the same on both sides, that is like sticking your finger in a cup of coffee and expecting only ONE side of your finger to get wet, it defies the laws of phsyics! 2- Too much oil can BLOW your engine too, Because it's SUFFOCATING it For the last and FINAL time, I spoke to the manager. I showed him the photos I had taken of BOTH sides of the dipstick. He offered to redo the oil change for "FREE" That's it. No apology. He also stated "A Lot of cars have a dipstick that shows different from one side to the other, he must've confused it with a different model."I declined the "free" oil change. Again, my request for a refund was DENIED! LIES ABOUT HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR A CAR IS THE WORST PART OF THIS! PEOPLE BEING TOLD THESE "FACTS" are at serious risk of ruining their car and could result in injury or death.( Try controlling your car when you are going 65 and the engine blows, and you thought it was FINE and SAFE!) Clearly the manager knows what is going on and is perpetuating lies to cover his employees and himself. A great way to get repeat business is to MAKE SURE you keep having car problems by NOT properly (OR AT ALL) performing the work you paid for. Then deny deny deny... IT IS BEYOND REPREHENSIBLE! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BEFORE THEY KILL SOMEONE! Rating should reflect NO STARS.
