Vancouver Auto Repair

I Have never even been here and am giving them 1 star. I normally do not right reviews but I have to at this point. I was working the other night and this man walks in trying to pitch to me a deal of 8 oil changes for 99.99. Good deal but he was very pushy, I was at work getting flustered so I told him sorry but not today. He then got VERY rude and defensive. He told me that I was stupid for not taking this once in a life time offer and that he was a angel sent from God. HAHA yeah right. I am disgusted by how I was treated buy one of your guys employees. I work in the sales industry and understand how it feels to be told no but I would NEVER treat someone the way he treated me. I felt like I was being scammed so maybe you should train your employees better on how to actually sell for your company. Also he walked in with a limp and said he was a retired vet with a bad ankle.. I felt bad for him until when he left my salon and walked out perfectly fine, and turned around and had the nerve to look at me and say "oh guess my ankles all better" When you talk to your employees about this he will know exactly who he is and tell him to NEVER come back to my place of business or I will call the cops.

I am SO surprised by the bad reviews on here....I first went here a couple years ago and haven't went anywhere since! I have been to almost all auto repair shops and have had a horrible experience until I came to this location! They don't try and up sell me ever, everyone is always very nice and honest. I wouldn't say "never go here!" Or "awful service". I will never go to another place for my car and I would say definitely see for yourself and if you don't like what you hear get a second opinion before shelling out money. Also keep in mind that people rarely give postive feedback :) Love Honest1!

Charges to much for headlight change

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. 3 different times having my car in the shop and $1,200 later, and I'm back to where I started with my car. Thought I was just having bad luck with the place but after looking at previous reviews, it all matches up perfectly. This is the type of mechanic shop we've all been warned to try to avoid. If you have any common sense, go somewhere else.

Very Professional and they do what they say and stand behind there work.

I had the best experience here and will definately be back. They took their time to show me the problem I had with my car and showed me the fix when they were done. They gave me tips on things to do to my car to help it stay in good shape. Brandi was so nice and helped me get the most done to my car with the budget I had and went over my expectations, we had wonderful conversations while I waited and everyone treated me so well, like friends. I'm just so pleased! Oh also they called me an uber so I could go home to get something and come back, excellent service ♡
