My brother went to Honest1 for auto care and was very pleased. So I followed and went there also. I was treated very well and very honestly. I was impressed and will definitely go to Honest1 again for any and all future auto needs. Hone4st1 is trust worthy and that is hard to come by in auto repair.

I went in for an oil change. The most simple thing for a shop to do. I get my car back, now I have a humming and a rattle every time I turn my AC on, my glove box has come lose and they just insist it will fix itself or I could pay them to fix it, when it’s something they messed up! I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! The man working on my car was asking question after question to the receptionist. I also don’t appreciate being talked down too like I don’t know how a car works by almost everyone there. Even some insisting I “make my husband or boyfriend” help me. I now have my car in worse condition then when it went in! I would NEVER go back to this place and I will NEVER recommend it!

Aaron and Susie were courteous and kind and made me feel comfortable through the diagnosis and repairs of my vehicle. Aaron is straightforward, informative and a wonderful employee. He may be a little loud however he makes sure the work gets done and you are a happy customer. Great place to have repairs done. I will be a return customer due to quality of service, completion of repairs in a timely manner, prices of repairs are fair, lots of coupons and a great environment.
