I will admit I am very untrusting when it comes to auto shops due to past experiences. I have been taking my subaru to honest one for 2 years now and it's the only place I'll go. They are awesome and always take care of me. If you want someone that will give you the facts and not take advantage this is where you want your vehicle worked on!

My car is in their shop right now and has a lot wrong with it because of my own negligence. Fortunately the woman working in the front, Brandi, is an extremely sweet person. She called me to keep me updated on my car and lent me a shop car to use so I can still get home and get to work. She was forward with me and she was never condescending or patronizing, which I have felt from mechanics many times before. I really feel like I can trust them with my vehicle and I'm glad I took a chance on this place.
