I’m a regular customer their customer is absolutely terrible, usually very rude with no patience for customers coming in but they do get the job done at a low rate so that keeps me coming back. They were gonna charge me $700 for new brakes but I went somewhere else that did the same maintenance for $200 so definitely check around before going with their service. They will try to get every penny out of you.

My brother took his armada here because the driver window wouldnt roll up or down... so they replaced the bcm... window still didnt roll up or down and now the rear hatch wont work because they installed a bad bcm. I work at a caterpillar dealer as a mechanic and i figured out every issue in less than an hour.. the real issues were a bad driver window switch and window motor with worn out brushes.. the original module works perfectly except for the fact that you have to program the keys to the bcm and they no longer start the armada with the working module because they are now programmed to the garbage module they installed. THESE GUYS DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! WANNABE MECHANICS! BEWARE! TAKE TO FINCH AUTOMOTIVE IN GLADSTONE FOR AN HONEST MECHANIC!

They worked on my mini cooper when the clutch had gone out leaving me stranded. They not only walked me through the process but gave me a comp rental car to continue to get me back & forth from Salem (where I live) to Portland & Gresham where I work once a week. After discovering the difficulties of working on something so crammed packed as my mini it did take them longer than what the establishment was but it was now sweat off my back do to the car I got from them till completion. Carl & Jim are 2 upstanding guys to deal with & the few guys out in the shop whom did the work thank you, my mini drives & handles better than ever! I would & will return when needed again!!

They are connected with NAPA. Our alternator broke half year ago and we got it fixed at a different NAPA repair shop. Our alternator broke again and we got it fixed at Honest-1 with warranty.

My family always receives professional and courteous service. Work is performed on time and done very well.
