I had an appt on a sat at 10. I walked in and was greeted about 5 times. After Aaron had answered the phone twice, and 15 minutes of standing around I was helped. I have a groupon for oil changes. He told me it would be 3 oil change stamps and still would not cover the oil change because my car took 8 quarts of full synthetic. We got this figured out. I would like to add I told him this car gets full synthetic. Aaron's reply was we use the recommended oil for the car. Keep in mind this car uses dextose which is a full synthetic oil. He would have probably put the wrong oil in my car if I hadn't pointed it out. To sum up the visit. After I have used all my oil changes here I will not be back. Let me add I had an appt for 10am and Aaron could not find it. After I told him Susan made the appt he found it on another screen. Finally got checked in almost 30 minutes past my scheduled appt. I agree Aaron I truly believe you did your best. Like I had stated it is not the consumer or the customers fault you are under staffed. You should however help the customers in front of you before you answer the phone or place the customer on hold. You did have my car completed extremely fast, however I wonder if it is because of my review. Please have Susan call me to talk about this.
With all due respect, I helped you as soon as I could. I was working alone and had a stacked schedule. I assisted you as promptly as I could and had you in and out within an hour. I apologize for your less than ideal experience today.
