Vancouver Auto Repair

It's located in a back corner off of a busy East Mill Plain. The waiting area is clean. We got there in the morning, and it was already busy. We waited for only a little over an hour. They fix the cars quick. My only comment is the not welcoming treatment of the older lady in the counter. I think she is the manager. She wasn't smiling and was kinda grumpy. A good customer service starts upon the arrival of the customers. I overheard her talking on the phone, and she seems nice though. But the way she treated us is different. She was talking to an older gentleman when we came in, and she asked us to come closer using her pointed finger - that was rude. The other lady she was training is nice though. Looks like she suits to that kind of job.

My 1st time here is okay. Got me out early than expected. I would give 5 star but when I went to pay and look at my invoice no explanation on it. Either the alignment was good or bad. Details explanation would have been helpful. So I wouldn't be wondering about it. That's all. This shop really gets busy

I told him to get an oil change, and they got me in the very next day. The shop is really busy because of the good work that it does. They showed me the results of their inspection, and made suggestions on repairs that I could do to my truck to make it more efficient and roadworthy which is a plus. Most places don’t do that, or they will charge you to make that kind of an assessment. I would recommend this location to somebody who is looking for a new place to have work done on your vehicles.

125$ for "labor" for them to tell me my altenator is dead. Triple A prefered huh? Do not take any vehicle here. Ripped off

I was observing some abnormal voltages on my Info screen related to my Cadillac's battery charging. I brought the car in and the Honest-1 Vancouver staff put the electrical system through standard tests for alternator, battery and related. The checks were done thoroughly even though the final diagnosis was, "All checked out and no problems found". Good electronics testing work.

I stopped in at almost closing time and Mike helped me with the fog lights on my 4Runner. That kind of service tells me a lot, and I would definitely use them again for my vehicle service. Friendly staff as well.
