Look, I’m not one to typically leave reviews, but this genuinely bothered me enough to say something. I don’t want to sit here and be nasty. I took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment. The place seemed a bit strange. The lady behind the counter spent most of the time I was there in the waiting room discussing flight details on the company phone which seemed weird. I did not wait long to be provided with some things that were wrong with my vehicle. Only to find out that I was being told information about a car that wasn’t mine and was nearly given the wrong car. When I did finally get the list of the many things that were “wrong,” with my car, I was told that my timing belt was in bad shape and that I needed fluids and a new radiator cap. I was told it would be almost 1400$ for it to get fixed. I took it to 2 other places and had another friend of mine who is a mechanic who all took 1 look at the timing belt and had no idea what they’re evaluation was based off of. The timing belt was only replaced about 2 weeks before my visit. I was going to be charged almost 40$ for a new radiator cap alone and went to an auto store and bought one for $7. So, essentially, something I was going to be charged almost $1500 for, turned out to be a neglectful look at the timing belt, a $7 cap, and an 80$ radiator flush. Was just very unhappy altogether. It looks like these reviews are responded to, which is nice, I suppose. Sometimes crazy people leave reviews, but this is just genuine concern. I wouldn’t ever bring my car back there. I don’t have a lot of money to spend in the first place, and I would have wasted a ton of it for no reason.
Dear Hailey: You are right. I was on the phone with the airlines and for that I am sorry. I had two cars like yours(your and one other) at the same time. I should have double checked your name rather than talking about a vehicle just like yours. Your vehicle didn't have a timing belt sticker under the hood, which is how technicians judge it yours had been replaced. Nothing neglectful about it. I'm sorry you feel bad about your experience and wish you would give me another chance in the future. Susan
