Really amazing service here! As a female, you know the struggle of mechanic shops, and I love coming here because they always treat me fairly, take the time to explain everything so that it makes since, prioritize things that need attention, and treat me like I am any other customer. They do a great job of keeping prices down, finding parts at reasonable prices, and helping keep maintenance affordable. Been coming here for over a year and LOVE the customer service and staff here!! Highly recommend!!!!

I have been to few Honest-1 Auto Care locations, and have always been treated with respect and not condescended to as is the case with many other auto repair places. The rates are fair and the staff is professional when necessary, in addition to being friendly in general. I have no complaints about the work done to my vehicle, an older truck, and the vehicle inspection done every time I go is very accurate and appreciated.

Came in with a coupon, was immediately told it was wrong, and needed to be changed. They blamed a 3rd party. Not my problem if you can't manage your vendor, take it up with them instead of losing customers. Only came in because I had the coupon, I'll be going to my regular mechanic from now on. Edit in response to owner: I did not ask to use two coupons for free service. I was told that the amount on the face of the coupon would not be honored.

Very satisfied the work done even though it took almost a day . but very carefully working best for the car.

I highly recommend the Honest-1 Vancouver shop, I was in a bind to get a repair done to my car before I took off on a 5600 mile road trip and they stepped up at the last minutes notice and performed the repair in a expedient manner. When I called late Friday to explain my dilemma to Susie and she told me to bring it in 1st thing in the morning and they would get it done. Corey and Norm finished the job promptly and should be commended. Kudos to the crew there.
