Ridiculous! We bought a car that had $1700 of work done. A year later, the water pump went out. They are refusing to replace the parts since we bought the car after the work was done. They are suppose to guarantee their parts for 3 years. His response to me asking as to why they don’t honor that part of the receipt: “We aren’t a parts store.” What a joke!

Had the absolute BEST experience today at Honest-1. Susan and Corey were incredibly kind and patient as I was explaining all of the issues I was hoping to have fixed on my Trailblazer. They solved an issue I was dealing with for the last 3 years! Prices were fair and their customer service was impeccable. Susan took the time to educate me about the noises I was hearing from my engine. I was well taken care of today... oh and my car is 100% fixed. 👍🏼

They are always friendly, call me y my first name, let me know how much something will cost before the parts are ordered or fixed and find alternative, less expense parts or repairs, if possible when requested. They honor their specials and coupons without question.

I have an older General Motors car (Cadillac). Honest-1 Vancouver mechanics are very knowledgeable about my car and recently fixed a steering issue. Corey worked on my Eldorado this time and did a very good job. Norman has worked on this same car in the past with very good results. Both are knowledgeable about GM cars in my personal experience.
