I have given great reviews in the past, but that regretfully no longer the case. I have had my turn signal/ multi switch broken; it's still broken, oil leak after an oil change, and transmission was at least 2 quarts low even after specifically requesting it be checked. I had mechanic tell me transmission fluid was full, and I checked it less than 1 minute later to find out It was 2 quarts low, and now it's starting to slip. I Had paid over 1400 for an exhaust manifold repair it had to be redone t again within a yr for leaking. it is now leaking worse than it ever has I was given an estimate on how much these fixes would cost should be $0, but the estimate was full price with no consideration for there oversights and poor work?? I asked to have owner to call me and waited to see if he would but never did, so I am writing this review after having a week to look at facts. I feel that at one time this was a great "honest" place to get service, but now it is anything but. My vehicle has come back worse than when it got there on the last 3 visits. I still have 2 oil changes paid for on my service card, which will never get used, and I truly believe I will save way more money by throwing them out compared to damage if used. Please know this is an accurate honest review of my experiences. Kevin N. Oh, almost forgot on another visit. I was quoted $1700 for new front-end rebuild when I actually fixed it for $0; it was a vacuum hose disconnected!!! So maybe honest at 1 time now is like a politicians promise!!
Get your facts straight. We have. You, as stated, believe that maintaining a 240,000 mile truck that is driven 24,000 mile a year shouldn't cost any money to maintain but oil changes. Your Starter/Exhaust purchase lasted 60,000 miles and the starter is still kickin. For better customer service we have logged billable hours that far exceed your initial purchase diagnosing and repairing numerous items for free just because WE ARE WHO WE ARE. In your case this has ended and we charge for Diagnosis. Your claims are in error. Your slipping transmission had 1 1/4 quart added to it to bring the fluid level from the cold mark on the stick to the hot mark and the vehicle was cold tranmission wise. Transmissions slip and burn up when not maintained (no service history) and the owner doesn't take recommendations given to pinpoint possible combination (engine-transmission) oil leaks. In closing you didn't fix the vacuum leak to the hub we did and it was a different noise. Your Toyota has to be one tough mother cause you treat her the same way. Have a nice day
